What is Conjola?
Conjola is a SaaS platform that reconstructs your end-to-end SAP processes from real document data, maps capabilities and features, and assesses your fit for SAP Public Cloud — before you migrate. Instead of workshops and assumptions, Conjola delivers facts straight from the system.
Which modules does Conjola consist of?
Six modules that build on each other: Process Discovery, Feature Map, Public Cloud Fit and Feature Insights, complemented by AI custom-code analysis and Chat with your System. They all run on the same imported data foundation.
What does Process Discovery do?
Process Discovery reconstructs real end-to-end process chains straight from your SAP document flows — including variants, frequencies, cycle times and automation rate. Not the intended target model, but actual behavior.
How does Conjola analyze our custom developments (custom code)?
An AI reads your Z-programs and custom developments, groups them by topic and maps them to your business themes. This surfaces redundancies and migration risks in custom code — the basis for deciding what stays, gets replaced or is dropped before an S/4 or cloud migration.
What does “Chat with your System” mean?
You ask questions in plain language and chat directly with your custom developments, features and insights. Answers come from your real SAP data instead of outdated documentation — without transaction codes or table knowledge.
Can I drill from a process into the function details?
Yes. From any process step a drilldown leads straight into the underlying function — whether SAP standard or custom development — including graphical insights on usage and relationships.
Data & import
Which SAP systems are supported?
SAP ECC as well as S/4HANA on-premise and in the Private Cloud. The analysis builds on standardized document extracts, not on a specific release version. We don't extract from SAP Public Cloud — it's typically the target of the transformation that Conjola assesses your fit for.
How does our data get into Conjola?
Through standardized document extracts as a file upload. Direct access to your production system is not required — you extract the agreed tables and upload them securely. That keeps the data flow controlled and traceable.
Do we have to model our processes upfront?
No. Conjola reconstructs real end-to-end processes directly from your document flows. There is nothing to draw out beforehand — the actual flows emerge from the data, including variants and frequencies.
Do we need SAP Basis know-how for the import?
Basic SAP knowledge is enough for the standard extracts. We provide a clear extract specification with tables and fields. If needed, we support you with the first extract.
Analysis & results
How long until we get a first result?
After import, the first reconstructed processes and analyses are usually available within hours — not weeks. The biggest time factor is providing the extracts on your side.
How current are the analyses?
The results reflect exactly the state of the uploaded extract. For a more recent view you upload a new extract — Conjola processes it and refreshes processes, feature usage and cloud fit.
Is Conjola suitable for consulting firms?
Yes. Conjola is multi-tenant and role-based by design. Consulting teams can keep multiple clients cleanly separated and standardize analyses across projects — without ever mixing data.
Does Conjola provide a defensible cloud-fit assessment?
Yes. Public Cloud Fit assesses your landscape against the SAP scope item catalog and surfaces gaps before they become a risk in the project — based on what your system actually does.
Demo & getting started
How do I get a Conjola demo?
You arrange a first call or demo session. In it we present the platform and its automated analyses in a compact form. You then import our ABAP transports, run the reports and upload the extracts — after that your insights are available.
How quickly do I see first insights?
From first call to insights typically takes around 48 hours. The biggest time factor is providing the extracts on your side — the analysis itself runs automatically.
When do we get full access to the platform?
You get full access to the platform after signing the contract. The demo and first analysis show upfront what value Conjola brings to your landscape.
When is using Conjola useful?
Whenever decisions about your SAP landscape are due: before an S/4HANA or Public Cloud migration, with custom-code sprawl, for process capture without weeks of workshops, and for fact-based consulting across multiple clients.
What does Conjola cost?
Conjola is priced per tenant and scope — from a one-off assessment through ongoing platform use to a partner model for consulting firms with multiple client tenants. We put together the concrete offer after a short call about your scope.
Security & operations
Where is our data stored?
Data is hosted in data centers in the EU (Germany). Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Who sees which data?
Access is role-based and authenticated via OIDC. Tenants are strictly isolated from one another — users only ever see the data of their own tenant and their role.
Does Conjola access our production system?
No. There is no direct access to your production environment. Conjola works exclusively with the extracts you provide — the data flow is pull-based and controlled.
