What is Conjola?
Conjola is a SaaS platform for SAP transformation. It turns extracts from your SAP system into a map of your application landscape: which functions exist, which ones you actually use and what your custom code does, analyzed with AI and linked to functional specs. No live access to your production system.
Which modules does Conjola consist of?
Modules that build on each other: Feature Map, Custom-Code Analysis, Feature Insights, Knowledge Base & Specs, Chat with your System, Process Discovery, Public Cloud Fit, Master Data Quality & Duplicate Analysis and MCP access for AI agents. They all run on the same imported data foundation.
What does Process Discovery do?
Process Discovery reconstructs from the document chains in your SAP system how sales orders actually run — with variants, frequencies, cycle times and a process model per subprocess. The first version covers Order-to-Cash; Purchase-to-Pay follows as a source of its own. Alongside, you model processes in Conjola as BPMN and link them to the feature map.
How does Conjola analyze our custom developments (custom code)?
An AI reads your Z-programs and custom developments, describes their purpose, groups them by topic and maps them to your business themes — traceably wherever anchors in the code back the assignment. You see where custom developments overlap and have the basis for deciding what stays, gets replaced or is dropped before an S/4 or cloud migration.
What is Aurola (“Chat with your System”)?
Aurola is the AI assistant inside Conjola. You ask questions in plain language and chat with your custom developments, features and functional specs. Answers come from the knowledge base built from your extracts instead of outdated documentation — without transaction codes or table knowledge.
Can I drill from a feature into the details?
Yes. From any feature on the feature map a drilldown leads into the related transactions and custom developments — SAP standard and custom code alike — with usage per company code.
Data & import
Which SAP systems are supported?
SAP ECC 6.0 as well as S/4HANA on-premise and in the Private Cloud. The analysis builds on standardized extracts, not on a specific release version. We don't extract from SAP Public Cloud — it's typically the target of the transformation.
How does our data get into Conjola?
Through standardized extracts as a file upload. You import our ABAP transports, create the extracts with the supplied reports and upload them encrypted. No access to your production system is needed — the data flow stays controlled and traceable.
Do we have to model or document anything upfront?
No. The feature map, usage and the analysis of your custom developments come from the extracts. You add your business knowledge afterwards where it's missing — in functional specs right next to the data.
Do we need SAP Basis know-how for the import?
Your Basis team imports the transports — a standard procedure. After that, anyone with basic SAP knowledge can run the reports; we provide a guide and support you with the first extract.
Analysis & results
How long until we get a first result?
Once the extracts are in, your results are ready on the next business day — not in weeks. The biggest time factor is providing the extracts on your side.
How current are the analyses?
The results reflect exactly the state of the uploaded extract. For a more recent view you upload a new extract — Conjola refreshes usage and custom developments and only analyzes what has changed.
Is Conjola suitable for consulting firms?
Yes. Conjola is multi-tenant and role-based by design. Consulting teams can keep multiple clients cleanly separated and standardize analyses across projects — without ever mixing data.
Does Conjola provide a cloud-fit assessment?
Yes, with the Public Cloud Fit module. One probe per scope item measures what you really run — per company code and year. Whatever hangs off the features beyond that you assess point by point in the workshop, from standard to side-by-side on SAP BTP, and decide with a name and a reason. There is deliberately no percentage score.

How do I get a Conjola demo?
You arrange a first call or demo session. In it we present the platform and its automated analyses in a compact form. If you then want to see your own system, you import our ABAP transports, create the extracts with the supplied reports and upload them.
How quickly do I see first insights?
Once the extracts are in, your results are ready on the next business day. The biggest time factor is providing the extracts on your side — including your internal approval for the transport import.
When do we get full access to the platform?
You get full access to the platform after signing the contract. The demo and first analysis show upfront what value Conjola brings to your landscape.
When is using Conjola useful?
Whenever decisions about your SAP landscape are due: before an S/4HANA or Public Cloud migration, with custom-code sprawl, for system documentation without weeks of workshops, for fact-based consulting across multiple clients, and for acquisitions, when a system is to move onto the group template.
Is there a project approach for a transformation with Conjola?
Yes, the transformation methodology: six phases from the first extract to re-measuring after go-live, loosely mapped to SAP Activate. It shows who does what and where Conjola hands over to SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio, LeanIX and the Readiness Check. It works without those tools too.
What does Conjola cost?
Conjola is an annual license, tiered by the size of your SAP landscape — custom developments, company codes and system landscapes (indicative from €27,500 per year). After the demo there's an optional free insight session on your real data; a founding-customer condition applies to the first ten customers signing by 30 June 2027. For a one-time analysis there is the Conjola Assessment: three months of access, a results workshop and the landscape export for 70% of the matching tier, 80% creditable toward the license. Consulting firms get partner terms.
Security & operations
Where is our data stored?
Data is hosted in data centers in the EU. Every transfer is TLS-encrypted.
Who sees which data?
Access is role-based, authenticated via OIDC and secured with a mandatory second factor. Tenants are strictly isolated from one another — down to the database. Users only ever see the data of their own tenant and their role.
Does Conjola access our production system?
No. There is no access to your production environment. Conjola works exclusively with the extracts you create and upload yourself — nothing is pulled from your system.
