Functional scope
What your system can do: business areas, capabilities and features as a map across four levels, SAP standard kept apart from custom development.
Learn more →A comprehensive functional analysis of your SAP system, one-time and without an annual contract: which functions exist and which you actually use, what your custom code does, how your processes really run and what state your master data is in. Drawn from extracts of your system instead of workshops, independent of any implementation project — from €19,250 at a fixed price.
Every view comes from the same data and connects to the others: from a feature into the custom code behind it, from usage into the process.
What your system can do: business areas, capabilities and features as a map across four levels, SAP standard kept apart from custom development.
Learn more →What of it really runs, per company code and system, from Feature Insights and transaction usage. What lies idle becomes visible.
Learn more →What every Z object does: described by AI, grouped by topic and mapped to your business topics, overlaps included.
Learn more →How customer orders actually run, reconstructed from the document chains: variants, frequencies, lead times. The first version covers Order-to-Cash.
Learn more →What you really live per scope item, per company code and year — the basis for the fit decision in the workshop, deliberately without a percentage score.
Learn more →Vendors and customers of one system checked for completeness and duplicates, by criteria you define.
Learn more →Your systems and the organizational structure down to company-code level — the frame every other view sits in.
Versioned functional specs right next to the data, linked to features and code. Aurola proposes, your team decides.
Learn more →The system analysis doesn't end as a slide deck. Its result is structured — for the decision in the steering committee as much as context for your team's AI tools.
In a first call we clarify what it's about — an S/4HANA decision, an acquisition or a check for Public Cloud. We read the tier, S, M or L, from your extract; you then get the fixed price as a binding quote.
Your basis team imports the Conjola transports, the supplied reports create the extracts, you upload them. We never access your system.
Once the extracts are in, the views are ready on the next business day. The main time factor is providing the extracts on your side.
Your team works with the platform for three months; in the results workshop we put the findings in context together. At the end you keep the landscape export.
One flat fee, not billed by effort: we state the amount bindingly in the quote, before you commit. It is 70% of the license tier that matches your landscape. Move to the annual license within the three months and we credit 80% of the fee toward your first license year.
Access to the platform and data ends after three months. The landscape export is a snapshot at that date — only the platform keeps it current with every new extract.
A workshop-based assessment asks people what the system does. Conjola reads it from the extracts: which functions are actually used, what each custom development does, how orders really run. Workshops still matter — for putting findings in context, not for establishing the as-is state.
We don't sell implementation projects. So the analysis doesn't have to justify a follow-up contract: what is unused is unused, and a custom development that can be retired doesn't become a migration line item. Which partner implements your transformation is your decision — the findings are yours.
No. You import our ABAP transports, create the extracts with the supplied reports and upload them. Business data is only read; we never need access to your production system.
SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA on-premise and in the Private Cloud. We don't extract from SAP Public Cloud — it is usually the target whose fit the analysis checks.
Access to the platform and data ends; the landscape export stays with you. To keep working — say, because the transformation is starting — you move to the annual license; within the three months we credit 80% of the fee.
In a short demo we'll show you how Conjola turns your system data into a basis for decisions.
